Split System Air Conditioners | Wall Mounted Air Conditioners Print E-mail

Unobtrusive split system air conditioningThe wall-mounted split system air conditioner is an ideal combination of cooling and heating - two systems in one.

The compact indoor fancoil unit  is quiet and unobtrusive in operation and blends into any modern decor.

Split systems allow for several rooms to be cooled and heated independently from a single external unit.

Split system compressor unitSplit systems are typically controlled by a comprehensive wireless remote control that controls temperature, on/off timing and of course, it can be fully programmable. The external unit can be located the more discreet and appropriate location where it will operate best minimise environmental impact.

Split systems include traditional mechanical filtering systems and many also provide enhanced technologies including active carbon, electrostatic and micro biological filtering systems.

Hitachi Split SystemToday's split systems are based on inverter technology where a variable speed compressor evens out energy consumption for higher efficiency and higher levels of comfort inside. This eliminates the tme lag between operating cycles common in older technology systems.

Split systems are available as cooling only or reverse cycle air conditioners. Reverse cycle systems keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, all from the one unit.

Customer Feedback

"Very happy I was with the installers of my evaporative cooling. They were very helpful and left no mess for me to clean up - which is a nice change!!!! It was a long day for them - they didn't leave until 6.30 that night but at no time did they complain." - Mary, Keilor
